The Bhargav Foundation was established as the formal philanthropic expression of a belief held since the group’s founding: that business has an obligation to the community, not merely to shareholders.
Operating across education, sport and community enterprise, the Foundation directs resources — financial, human, and reputational — to initiatives that build lasting social capital in the UK.

Workforce Development
Bhargav Foundation is committed to helping individuals, particularly women returning to work, build confidence, skills and career opportunities. Through technical and non-technical training programmes, mentoring, coaching and employability support, we help people overcome barriers to employment and achieve long-term career success. To date, our initiatives have helped more than 40+ individuals successfully re-enter the workforce and take the next step in their professional journey.
Sports & Community Development
Through TABS (The AB Sports), we promote participation in sport, youth development, leadership, teamwork and community engagement. From grassroots cricket programmes to coaching, mentoring and sporting events, we use sport as a platform to inspire confidence, discipline and personal growth.
Community
We support local organisations and social enterprises that strengthen the fabric of neighbourhoods across the UK.
