How Fraudsters May Impersonate Us

Fraudsters may use the Bhargav Group name, our subsidiaries’ names
(such as Elegant Systems or Elegant Staffing), or the names of
individuals associated with the Group to deceive people into making
payments or sharing personal information.

Scams may arrive by email, phone, WhatsApp, or through fake job
advertisements.

Signs of a Scam

• You are asked to pay money upfront to secure a job or service.
• The communication comes from a personal email address rather than
  an official @bhargavgroup.com or relevant business
  domain.
• You are pressured to act urgently without being given time to
  verify the communication.
• The offer seems too good to be true.

What to Do If You Have Been Targeted

Do not send any money or share any personal or financial information.
Take screenshots or copies of all communications and keep them for
reference.
